A Malmesbury Railway Companion

The author has been researching the history of this GWR branch for nearly half a century. His 1990 publication received acclaim for the thoroughness and depth of the approach, but far from ‘completing the story’ of this 61/2 mile Wiltshire railway, it opened fresh avenues of research, elicited contact from folk with more photographs and memories, and highlighted topics deserving of further attention.
